Notice how the top layer is gorgeously speckled and worked cleverly \u003c\/span\u003eagainst the dark russet coloured background which contrasts with the bluey\/lilac layers above through which the profile portrait is hand carved.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease note there is damage to the nose. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMounted in a solid custom made 9ct Gold setting which likely dates to around the 1970's, and so is a remount.
